Abstract
In this article, we investigate the reflection and transmission properties of a uniaxial chiral slab of infinite extent and placed in an isotropic chiral medium. The effect of polarization of the incident field and material parametric dependence of the reflected and transmitted power has been analyzed. The formulas for the reflected and transmitted power are derived and numerical results for various slab parameters are presented. It has been shown that the transmission or rejection of the fields can be controlled by varying the material parameters of the slab.
