Abstract
Five citation measures (the number of cited items, cited-citing ratio, impact factor, decay index and immediacy index) and three factors influence on them (the difference of the fields, the number of articles and the number of citing items) are investigated for their interrelations. The number of cited items is highly correlated with the number of citing items (0.88). Also, impact factor and immediacy index have strong correlations with the number of cited items. On the other hand, cited-citing ratio and decay index do not show a strong correlation with relation to the others.
