Abstract
The papers in the June 1969 issue of International Shipbuilding Progress on “Nuclear Propulsion of Merchant Ships” and “The Container Port Random Access Problem” were read to the Port of London Marine Officers Association earlier this year. The discussion which followed the papers was recorded and since many of the questions asked will be of similar interest to readers, the discussion is reproduced here in detail in the form of questions and answers.
