Abstract
Techniques and concepts from fuzzy logic theory, control theory, and optimisation theory are integrated together, to provide a novel intelligent manufacturing control system that operates in real-time, and is capable of responding to both structural and order related disturbances in a fully automated manner. In this paper we further developed our previous research on a second order intelligent scheduling and control system by performing an extensive sensitivity analysis and parameter optimization in order to achieve an optimal scheduling and control system.
