Abstract
The aim of this study is to introduce the concept of fuzzy soft point and then define the notions of neighborhood and Q-neighborhood of a fuzzy soft point in fuzzy soft topological spaces and also investigate the necessary conditions for a family of fuzzy soft sets to generate a fuzzy soft topology.
