Abstract
Considering the incompleteness and uncertainty of information systems, this paper combines the incomplete information systems with interval-valued fuzzy sets, and defines the incomplete interval-valued fuzzy information systems. The basic rough set theory for incomplete interval-valued fuzzy information systems is also discussed in this paper.
