Abstract
As a sequel to the notes (Kirchhof, 2013a, 2013b) we complete the series on Orthogonal Central English Peg Solitaire by providing some ideas on diagnostic messages and moves. Therefore, a set of winning positions is necessary to comment on playing the puzzle properly. The computation of this set is presented. Examples for displaying notes, diagnostic messages, and movies are given.
