Abstract
The project management approach we propose is based on three main concepts: the project life cycle with the different steps to carry out and the possibility of defining recursive projects, the transition system which describes the project behavior through the temporal sequence of the stages and the possible feedbacks, and the roles for representing the organizational aspect. After the formal specification of a project and its behavior, we use a multiagent approach on the design level. It enables us to integrate the different concepts of our project approach in one concept which is formed by an agent.
