Abstract
This paper describes an implementation of the manufacturing application programming language environment designed by the author, which consists of following two parts: (1) A data-pool, which acts as a glue logic and coordinates multiple application processes by means of the interprocess messages. Using the data-pool, users can easily implement data-sharing and task-interlocking among multiple application processes. Furthermore, this system includes event notification and condition monitoring features to eliminate needs of data polling. (2) A factory automation programing language processor, which controls equipment and monitors their status in the manufacturing work-cell, and also includes the interface with the data-pool system.
