Abstract

This paper is the second part of a three part series. The organizational audit and analysis technology for organizational design is described in this paper. This technology for the organizational design process has eleven steps. These stages are linked to the thirteen desiderata for organizational design introduced in the first paper of this series. The description of this technology provides an overview of the processes involved in an organizational design.
