Abstract
The ability of a suite of integrated software (Open Access) to store and repeat instructions using the macro command is described. It is possible to pause the instructions and display a message on screen. This facility permits the use of the macro for simple computer-aided instruction. An application in the construction of a database is detailed and its use either in lecturer-led demonstration or as a self-package is described.
