Abstract
A survey of needs and attitudes regarding continuing education among graduates of the Hebrew University Graduate School of Library and Archive Studies reveals a strong preference for computers, information retrieval and audiovisual materials. Manpower management and systems analysis were also on the list of needs. The preferred vehicles of communication were short courses, conferences and site visits. The findings are roughly similar to those of a recent survey in the UK.
