Abstract
The European Conference on Artificial Intelligence, ECAI, is one of the most important activities of ECCAI. Much of the responsibility for the success of an ECAI lies with the Program Committee Chairperson for the ECAI (to be abbreviated PC Chair).
Just as it has established guidelines for ECCAI members proposing to host an ECAI, the ECCAI Board hereby publishes a set of guidelines. Any prospective PC Chair is expected to have understood these guidelines, and to abide by them.
