Abstract
The European Conference on Artificial Intelligence, ECAI, is one of the most important activities of ECCAI. Much of the responsibility for the success of an ECAI lies with the Organization Committee Chairperson for the ECAI (to be abbreviated OC Chair, or OCC). The following guidelines have been developed by ECCAI to facilitate the work of the OC and OCC. Any prospective OC Chair is expected to have understood these guidelines, and to abide by them.
