Abstract
The reaction of (Z)-2-amino-N′-arylbenzimidamides with 1,8-naphthalic anhydride in ethyl alcohol under reflux conditions gave benzo[4,5] isoquinolino[2,1-a]quinazoline derivatives in good yield.
