α-Iodoethenylstannanes undergo a direct coupling reaction with terminal alkynes in the presence of 5 mol% of tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) and 10 mol% of CuI in piperidine at room temperature to afford 2-stannyl-1,3-enynes in good yields.
