Abstract
Summary
Administration to rabbits of N-Acetyl-p-Aminophenol (NAPA) in conjunction with cortisol or prednisolone resulted in a marked increase in plasma levels of 17-OHCS. This effect is presumed to be due to inhibition by NAPA of steroid-glucuronide formation in the liver.
