Abstract
Summary
1. Thirty-two of 94 rheumatoid sera, positive by the latex-fixation test when diluted 1:20, also reacted in the undiluted state. 2. Sodium sulfate precipitation of the remaining 62 sera permitted positive demonstrations with the reconstituted globulins. 3. No alteration in titer was associated with the precipitation procedure. 4 Electrophoretic patterns revealed that the reactive undiluted sera manifested a reduced albumin content.
