Summary
Semicarbazide HCl, when fed to weanling male rats, produced gross skeletal lesions similar to those of osteolathyrism. Aortic damage seemed to develop more slowly and to be less severe than in rats treated with BAPN or aminoacetonitrile and having skeletal lesions of comparable severity.
