Summary
Experiments on albino rats indicate that stylomycin aminonucleoside (SAN) produces renal changes, accompanied by manifestations of osteitis fibrosa. Both renal and skeletal lesions elicited by SAN are inhibited by cortisol acetate (COL-Ac) and aggravated by desoxycorticosterone acetate (DOC-Ac).
