Summary
Methods have been presented for the preparation of properdin from resin-collected and from ACD plasma by the application of the zymosan adsorption technic of Pillemer et al. Preliminary data are presented suggesting the feasibility of the isolation of properdin from Cohn Fraction I without the use of zymosan.
