Summary
Nitrogen mustard administered intraperitoneally to guinea pigs in a dose of 0.3 mg/kilo for 6 days was sufficient to produce significant leukopenia but had no appreciable effect on amount or spread of tuberculous infection nor did it reduce the protection produced by prior vaccination with BCG.
