Summary
Continuous elevation of plasma phospholipid in the rabbit by continuous infusion of a suitable phosphatide quickly leads to hypercholesteremia. A similar phenomenon was observed following elevation of plasma triglycerides by infusion of a fat emulsion. These results are in agreement with those observed in rats infused with similar substances.
