Summary
Desaminothyroxine was shown to have 60% of the calorigenic activity of L-thyroxine at dosages of 0.025 mg/rat/day; 40% at the dosage of 0.075 mg/rat/day; and about 30%. at dosages of 0.150 and 0.300 mg/ rat day.
