Abstract
Summary
A method for the recording of electrocardiograms of the chick embryo within the shell after 3 to 16 days of incubation is described. Early results on evaluation of drug action upon the myocardium at different temperatures suggest, because of the simplicity and low cost, considerable advantages over present technics.
