Summary

1. In dogs large, prolonged, oral doses of Meticorten induced polydipsia, polyuria, and negative nitrogen balance. 2. Blood glucose levels and glucose tolerance curves were unaffected by the treatment, and no evidence of albuminuria and glycosuria was obtained.
