Summary
Gross autoradiograms of brain slices containing C-14 labeled Isoniazid, together with supportive data from radioactivity assay, are presented to show the differential localization of Isoniazid in brain tissue, and the technic is described. Future studies to determine the relationship between brain vascularity and brain drug content are indicated.
