Summary
1. An increase in the number of urinary amino acids and certain related unidentified substances was observed in muscular dystrophy and myotonia dystrophica patients. 2. Increased numbers of amino acids were found in the urine of normal siblings and the maternal parents of muscular dystrophy patients.
