Summary
1. Electron micrographs of erythrocytes similar to those depicting so-called “virus-like particles” were obtained from the blood of patients with Hodgkin's disease and other lymphomas as well as from non-diseased donors. 2. These micrographs contain many depressions or indentations easily confused with particles or objects.
