Abstract
Summary
The plasma volume of various mouse organs was determined without the use of anesthesia by injecting mice with radioiodoalbumin, freezing them in liquid nitrogen and assaying tissue samples for radioactivity. Values are presented for plasma volume, expressed as ml per gram of tissue, of the liver, kidney, spleen, lung, intestine, skin, and muscle.
