Summary
Determinations on the serum of normal and multiple sclerosis serum for ceph-alin? lecithin and sphingomyelin, showed normal values for these fractions of 9.4%, 65.0′% and 19.7% of the total phospholipids. The multiple sclerosis group exhibited a similar distribution of these components, though the total phospholipids tended to be lower than in the control group.
