Comparison of the relative specific activities of the glycerol of lymph triglycerides and phospholipides from previous studies, and of intestinal mucosa phospholipides from new studies demonstrated that resynthesized triglycerides must be the precursors of mucosa and lymph phospholipides, rather than the converse.
