Summary
A new technic for the histochemical localization of enzymes has been devised which is based on the use of an in situ indicator. As an illustrative example of this type of technic, succinic dehydrogenase has been demonstrated in tissue sections with neotetrazolium chloride serving as the in situ indicator.
