Summary
Minimum effective dose of progesterone for deciduoma growth in the spayed pseudopregnant rat was effective in reversing ergotoxine inhibition of deciduoma, even when 12 times as much ergotoxine as necessary was used. Progesterone did not protect rats against toxic effects of ergotoxine.
