Abstract
Summary
A complement fixation method based on the reaction between CRP in human test sera and rabbit CRP antisera has been described. This technic provides a precise and reproducible estimate of the relative amounts of CRP in human serum. The procedure has greater sensitivity than the precipitin method and may be of greater value in following the efficacy of therapy.
