Summary
A simple one-stage procedure has been devised for the determination of accelerator globulin activity in human plasma. The components of the assay system are of human origin. The test is specific for accelerator globulin activity, and is unaffected by large fluctuations in prothrombin or fibrinogen content of the material to be tested.
