Summary
1. The technic for perfusion of the liver of the bull frog is described. 2. Alloxan inhibits the spontaneous glycogenolysis of the perfused liver. 3. Adrenalin glycogenolysis is inhibited by alloxan if given previously or simultaneously. 4. The significance of these findings for the alloxan-induced blood sugar fluctuations is discussed.
