Summary
Tentative results have been obtained which indicate that the phosphorus content of ribonucleic acid can be increased by incubation with myokinase and ATP. An increase in phosphorus content of about 14% above the control values was obtained for calf liver PNA and increases ranging from 17 to 48% were obtained with calf pancreas ribonucleate.
