Abstract
Summary
Experiments are described in which spleen or lymph node from certain sublines of C3H mice when implanted into mice of other sublines of the C3H strain immunized them against progressive growth of subsequently implanted lymphosarcoma 6-C3H-Ed. In repeated similar trials in other strains of mice, no immunity was produced against lymphoid tumors which grow progressively in these strains.
