Summary
Twenty weekly lots of BCG inoculated subcutaneously in normal guinea pigs were widely dispersed and remained viable at site of inoculation and in distant lymph nodes, the spleen, liver and lungs up to 6 months without producing macroscopic tuberculous lesions except in the site of inoculation.
