Summary
1. Egypt 101 virus was found to possess oncolytic activity against a human epidermoid carcinoma grown either in xirradiated rats or in tissue culture. 2. It is suggested that this rat-tissue culture method of testing the oncolytic activity of a virus for any particular tumor may be employed in estimating the possible value of virus therapy for each individual patient.
