Summary
The usual course of acute viral hepatitis in young adult men was not significantly changed by the use of aureomycin or chloromycetin. Although terramycin administration was associated with a more rapid return to normal of liver function tests than observed in a control group, further investigation would be required to determine the significance of this observation.
