Summary
Acute nephritis was produced in rabbits by the injection of duck anti-rabbit-kidney serum. Attempt to modify the reaction by the intensive administration of Pyribenzamine was ineffective as judged by the histological picture, although it was accompanied by a slight delay in the onset of albuminuria.
