(1) Cultural methods are described for obtaining concentrated growth of A. bovis in a dialyzable liquid medium. (2) Growth of A. bovis has been determined by quantitative technics. (3) A special ridged culture tube has been designed for growing, A. bovis in a liquid medium under ordinary atmospheric conditions.
