Summary
p- (2,4-Diamino-s-triazinyl−6) -aminophenyl p'-aminophenyl sulfone has been synthesized and shown to inhibit the growth of M. tuberculosis and E. coli in vitro at a concentration of 1.2 × 10-4 moles per liter, the inhibition being reversed by p-aminobenzoic acid.
