Summary
The cardiac activity of bufalin, cinobufotalin, telocinobufagin and cinobufagin has been compared. They all have a digitalis-like action. In etherized cats the order of activity from high to low is telecinobufagin > bufalin > cinobufotalin = cinobufagin.
