Summary
Under the conditions of these experiments Digilanid (0.2 mg per day for 28 days) exerted no direct effect on the concentration of creatine in rat ventricle. However, in the animals with altered thyroid states, Digilanid brought about an actual decrease in ventricular mass which was reflected in a relative or absolute fall in the total creatine content.
