Abstract

Summary

Vitamin B₁₂ has been found to enhance markedly the carcinogenic effect of p-dimethylaminoazobenzene in rats receiving a methionine-deficient diet. However, a control group of rats receiving this diet without p-dimethylaminoazobenzene showed no hepatic tumors.
