Summary
Marked retardation of growth of lymphosarcoma implants was observed in pyridoxine-deficient rats injected with 2 mg daily of cortisone or of methyl testosterone. Survival of pyridoxine-dencient, tumor-bearing rats was prolonged by testosterone and shortened by cortisone.
