Summary
A comparison of the analgetic response of 1.5 mg/kg intraperitoneally of 1 Methadone in normal, sham-operated and partially hepatectomized rats was carried out 5 days postoperatively, and 15 days postoperatively.
These experiments suggest that the liver is the chief site for the destruction of 1 Methadone.
